Board and Train

We board your dog with the instructor so you may vacation while they learn. Since only five dogs at a time may board in the home of the instructor, advanced reservations are important.  Your dog will live and accompany the instructor on his daily rounds and learn.  When we bring him home, we work with the family for a 4 week period to teach the family how to master their dog.  we come to your home and teach you what makes him tick.  If you are not at home to train your puppy, or if you know yourself that you will not do the necessary homework, or if you equate the cost of your carpets with the cost of training your puppy, then sending your dog to the instructor is the solution or you.  Persons sending their dogs to the instructor for training may attend any group lessons at no extra charge.

Expected Results

• We will cover elementary canine health, care, feeding, first aid and behavioral habits.
• We will correct some common problems like housebreaking, jumping on people, chasing cars, barking, biting, food stealing, etc.
• Your dog will walk with its nose at your knee with the use of a leash.
• Your dog will come instantly upon command.
• Your dog will sit upon command and stay in the spot regardless of distractions, for a limited time.
• Your dog will lie down upon command and stay in the spot regardless of distractions for a reasonable time.
• Your dog will stand upon command and allow itself to be groomed and treated.
